<p>Heat the oven to 425 F.<br />

Serve with chili or soup.</p>

an extra 1/4 cup of cornmeal (1 1/2 cups cornmeal total).<br />

-Add cumin or cayenne pepper.<br />
-Use 2 cups of cornmeal, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda,<br />
